Parental Consent Form for Acting Class Participation

I understand and acknowledge the following:
I give consent for my child to participate in all activities related to the acting class, including but not limited to acting exercises, rehearsals, performances, and any related events.
I understand that the acting class may involve physical activity, movement exercises, and potentially emotional engagement in portraying various characters and situations.
I acknowledge that while every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of my child during the class, there may be inherent risks associated with participation in acting activities.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHRIS BROCHU, its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my child's participation in the acting class.=
I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during the acting class for promotional or educational purposes. I hereby grant CHRIS BROCHU and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, videos, or other images of my child, captured during the online acting coaching sessions, for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other promotional materials. I understand that my child's image or likeness may be cropped, altered, or enhanced for artistic or promotional purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release CHRIS BROCHU from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of my child's image or likeness."
